The numbers reported are from MaxPreps. If you have a different source worth referencing, I’ll check it out. That site has her listed as having played 27 games and averaging 24.1 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game. Defensively, she had 3.2 steals and 1.4 blocks per night.
We will take the stats from either source. Adaline Sheplee is a winner, and could have gone to play basketball in numerous places around the country. This is an enormous win for Coach Robin. I participated in the UW Women's Badgers Basketball Outing last Monday at University Ridge and got to meet her and her staff. Extremely impressed, also really like Associate Head Coach Chris Bracey.
Ronnie Porter spoke about why she came back.... passionately. I am convinced that Chris McIntosh got this hire right, despite the criticism he took for it. This kind of activity could bode well for other instate talent to see what is happening in Madison, finally going in the right direction!
