Can we get someone who is not an Alvarez Flunkie
That's probably going to be one of the bigger talking points surrounding this hire. Wisconsin clearly valued institutional knowledge and familiarity with the university. They have always been that way. Whether that's a strength or a weakness will depend on what Eichorst learned from his previous stops, especially Nebraska. His résumé isn't spotless, so I'd be interested to hear how he believes he's evolved as a leader since then. I was hoping we'd see them go a little more outside the box for this hire.
