At just 24 years old, Stienecker now becomes the youngest college football GM in the entire Power 4. Seen as one of the country's fastest-rising player personnel staffers, Stienecker has been instrumental in shaping the Badgers roster, improving recruiting efforts, building relationships, and scouting.
