
There’s a difference between liking the direction of a position group and trusting it once the games begin. The Wisconsin football team’s offense has more playable options than it did a year ago, and I think that matters.
The Badgers added a dynamic quarterback, rebuilt portions of the offensive line, added depth at the skill positions, and appear much better equipped to withstand injuries than they were last season.
That doesn’t mean every room deserves the same level of confidence. With fall camp complete and Week 1 approaching, here’s where I stand on every offensive position group, on a scale of 1 to 5.
