I'm a bit optimistic on the new offense, but I've never been less excited for a season. I had high hopes and expectations for Fickell after being tired of PC, and I've been happy with LF in terms of actually saying something in the media rather than boring nothingness, but I'm growing tired of the mediocrity. I'm more looking forward to basketball season this time around. I bought fall season tix for first time last year and giving it one more shot. Half of my dissatisfaction with the season tix is the insanity of food/beverage lines with beer sales. Can barely walk through the concourses and waiting in line for a hour for a bottle of water is insane. Won't even mention the continued frustration with the student section entrance process.

I think there’s still plenty of reason to be hopeful this season, especially with how much more the roster fits the new system, but I totally get the fatigue. The results haven’t matched expectations so far, and patience only stretches so far when you're putting real time and money into it. Also… 100% agree on the gameday experience. It’s one thing to be frustrated with the on-field product, but when the other pieces only add to the headache, it really wears people down. I hope they make real improvements there, because fans like you deserve better. Glad you're giving it one more go and hoping we all get rewarded with a product that feels worth believing in again. Personally, I'm expecting 5-7, hoping for 6-6, would be thrilled with anything more. Anything less and we're in deep trouble.
Totally agree. If we get to 7-5 and a bowl win, I'll feel good about the future. I really want it to work with LF. I think he's a good guy and a good coach, but it's been a disappointing run in trying to build the program. As I'm sure many will agree, the hiring of Longo just was not a good move. I understand it, just a misjudgment.
