Wisconsin 2025 Forward Target EJ Walker Discusses Unofficial Visit

Greg Gard and the Wisconsin basketball program hosted 2025 forward EJ Walker on an unofficial visit to Madison.

Madison, Wis. - Greg Gard and the Wisconsin basketball staff have been busy in the 2024 recruiting cycle, bringing in highly-touted prospects like Jackson McAndrew and Kon Kneuppel on visits.

It's never too early to look further into the future, though, as Wisconsin brought in 2025 forward EJ Walker on an unofficial visit. 

"The visit was really good, I had a great time spending time with the coaches," Walker told BadgerNotes. "Got to see the campus. It was really cool."

The 6-foot-8, 220-pound forward has garnered some interest lately, earning a total of 17 offers before entering his junior season. His offer list includes Louisville, Xavier, Texas A&M, Minnesota, Dayton, Arizona State, and many more.

The Kentucky native has been making his rounds in the Big Ten, taking unofficial visits to Minnesota and Ohio State thus far. Still, Wisconsin impressed Walker during his time in Madison.
