As we inch closer to fall camp, all eyes are on the Wisconsin Badgers as they prepare for their second season under head coach Luke Fickell.
Following a 7-6 season in 2023 that didn't satisfy expectations, the Badgers have restocked the cupboards with some fresh talent from the transfer portal and a record-breaking freshman class that featured a 50% blue-chip ratio—a first for the Wisconsin football program.
While the bulk of the snaps will undoubtedly go to experienced players, the roster's ongoing transformation under coach Fickell might open the door for a couple of true freshmen to earn snaps from day one.
