William Francis (Bo) Ryan is a man that needs no introduction in the state of Wisconsin.

The former Wisconsin Badgers head coach won a school-record 364 games at UW, never finished lower than fourth in the Big Ten standings, and made the NCAA Tournament all 14 seasons. He was also a four-time league Coach of the Year, won seven Big Ten titles, and guided UW to back-to-back Final Fours (2014, 2015).

Bo also won four NCAA Championships at UW-Platteville (1991, 1995, 1998, 1999) - compiling a 353-76 record as the head coach of the Pioneers.

Attaining that level of success required a village of trusted, like-minded assistant coaches who shared his love for basketball and attention to detail.

Some assistant coaches even learned a thing or two from the hall-of-fame coach along the way, carrying those principles with them throughout their careers.
