Wisconsin Football to Open Fall Camp at UW-Platteville

Wisconsin is heading back to Platteville for the start of fall camp.

Head coach Luke Fickell and the Wisconsin Badgers football team will return to UW-Platteville in 2024 for the beginning of fall training camp.

According to a press release from the school, the Badgers will again make the 71-mile trek to the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in an attempt to eliminate distractions and build team culture to begin the season. This marks a (potential) tradition started last year by the new coaching staff. 

WMTV Madison's Sports Director, Mike Jacques, reported that UW-Madison and UW-Platteville have entered into a three-year agreement to continue hosting fall camp at their sister school.
